The machines arrive fully assembled and pre-configured. Setup requires connecting standard power and an internet connection (4G/5G SIM card or Wi-Fi). We provide detailed user manuals, video onboarding guides, and live remote assistance to help you finish the complement.
How do I monitor my inventory and machine status remotely?
Every machine is connected to our IoT cloud-based management platform. Operators can log in via PC or smartphone to track real-time sales, monitor lane stock levels, adjust prices remotely, view fault alerts, and financial reports 24/7/365.

What is the standard lead time for manufacturing?
Our standard production lead time is 35 to 55 days after receiving your initial deposit and finalizing all custom specifications (such as payment setup, custom wraps, or additional screens).
What is the warranty period for the vending machine?
We provide a standard 18-month hardware warranty covering key structural and electrical components (including the elevator motor, mainboard, touchscreen, and refrigeration/ventilation systems, if applicable). Extended warranty plans are also available during purchase.
What support is provided if a hardware component fails?
Our machines are built with modular components for easy diagnosis and rapid replacement. If a technical issue occurs:
- We provide remote diagnostic support via our technical team to identify the issue.
- If a part replacement is needed under warranty, we ship plug-and-play replacement modules with step-by-step video installation guides.
What is the price term and shipping policy?
Our pricing is quoted on an EXW (Ex-Works) Factory basis. Freight and shipping logistics can be arranged by the buyer or coordinated with our shipping partners. Machines are packed in protective wooden cases for safe transit.
